All participants are required to have a NASKART Membership before entering the tracks or trampolines.

The one-year membership includes your choice of one free head sock for karting ($2 value) OR one free pair of friction socks for jumping ($4 value), ,online scoring, monthly email offers, free use of helmets, and free locker use.

TRAMPOLINE COURT SAFETY PROCEDURES

BEFORE YOU JUMP:

 

  • DO NOT jump if you have health limitations or injuries, are under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or are pregnant.
  • ALWAYS  empty your pockets before jumping. NO sharp objects or unauthorized devices (cameras, phones, etc.) allowed on the court,
  • Remove and store shoes away and wear grip safe socks at all times while jumping
  • DO NOT leave small children unattended
  • NO food or drink permitted on the trampolines
  • NO alcohol may be consumed prior to participation in the activity
  •  

WHILE YOU JUMP:

 

  • DO NOT land on head or neck. NO DIVING!!!
  • DO NOT affect another jumper’s bounce in any way
  • DO NOT enter the airbag until the landing area is clear
  • DO NOT sit or lie down on the court
  • DO NOT jump if a Court Marshal is not present
  • NO double flips
  • NO back flips or forwards moving back flips (“gainers”)
  • NO rough or vulgar language
  • NO climbing or hanging on the walls, pads, or nets
  • ALWAYS remain in control
  • ALWAYS walk on and off the trampolines
  • ALWAYS follow the court Marshal’s directions
  • ALWAYS one jumper at the time per trampoline lane and air bag

 

PATRON RESPONSIBILITY CODE:

 

  • Be aware of those around you.  It is your responsibility  to avoid others
  • Jump and land on two feet
  • Never hold anyone (including small children) when bouncing
  • Master the fundamentals of single trampoline jumping before moving on to more advanced maneuvers such as trampoline-to trampoline jumping, wall trampoline jumping, and aerial type of skills that will increase the risk of injury

 

Fundamentals:

 

  • Jump in control all the times
  • Bend your knees to stop your bounce
  • Bounce in the center of your trampoline

 

NONCOMPLIANCE MAY RESULT IN LOSS OF JUMPING PRIVILEGES
